We are urgently looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager (CMDB)with 7+years of experience(Immediate joiners) to lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects within a large enterprise setting. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end ServiceNow programmes in Financial Services.

Key Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years delivering ServiceNow projects in financial services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow CMDB,Discovery,Service Mapping , ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Service Catalog, HRSD, CSM, or related modules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and Infrastructure teams to define project scope, priorities, and delivery plans,Raidlogs and stakeholder Reporting.




- Lead project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms.
- Ensure projects comply with ITIL best practices, governance, security, and organisational standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services is an advantage.
