- Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with solid HRBP exposure

- HRBP experience: Should have experience in handling end-to-end HR responsibilities for a business/function, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Core HR: Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent management, engagement and other HR processes.
- Stakeholder management: Strong ability to work with business leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates based in or around Hyderabad/ Patancheru will be preferred
- Candidates with a stable career history and reasonable tenure in previous roles will be preferred
