Position: Relationship Manager Sales & Client Services
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Road No. 5, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1+ year of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Service, Tele calling, Banking, Insurance, or Matrimonial Services
- Candidates with experience in the matrimonial industry will have an added advantage
- Experience with platforms such as Bharat Matrimony, Shaadi.com, or similar matrimonial organizations is preferred
- Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad are preferred
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up experience
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets are preferred
- Female candidates preferred; male candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain solid relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Make regular customer calls and follow-ups
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details
- Encourage existing customers to continue and upgrade their services
- Generate referrals and contribute to business growth
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales
- Good follow-up and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of social media
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled, organized, and service-oriented attitude
Salary & Benefits
