Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to employees on desktop, laptop, workstation, printers, and other IT hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Assist in configuring new employee accounts on company's network infrastructure including Active Directory setup.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or third-party vendors when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in an IT support role or equivalent education/training program.
- Solid understanding of basic computer hardware components (desktops/laptops/printers).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common software application issues using Windows operating systems.
