About the Role
Parekh Textiles Pvt Ltd, a Hyderabad-based textile trading company with branches across India, is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the HR function across the head office, branch locations, and godowns nationwide. This role carries full ownership of payroll, attendance, statutory compliance, and workforce onboarding, and offers meaningful autonomy and trust in how the function is managed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete payroll cycle using SPINE HR or equivalent HRMS (GreytHR, Keka, PeopleStrong, etc.), including wages, incentives, and deductions
Manage attendance across HO and branch godowns via biometric systems and HRMS, and onboard new staff/labour onto these systems at all locations
Ensure full compliance with PF, ESI, and Professional Tax registrations, monthly filings, remittances, and returns




Stay current with Central and State labour laws across the company's multi-state operations; handle statutory audits and liaise with authorities/consultants
Maintain accurate, well-organized HR and compliance records, and generate MIS reports on headcount, attendance, and payroll for management
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of HR generalist experience, with strong ownership of payroll and statutory compliance
Strong working knowledge of SPINE HR or similar HRMS platforms, and biometric attendance systems
Solid command of PF, ESI, and PT, and working knowledge of Central and State labour laws
Graduate, with a PG Diploma or Certificate in HR / Labour Law preferred
Soft Skills & Attributes
Confident and professional presence, with the ability to manage and guide staff and labour across locations
Strong sense of ownership, integrity, and attention to detail, particularly with statutory records and payroll data
Well-organized, dependable, and comfortable managing priorities independently
Positive coordination and communication skills for working with branch and godown teams

This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting directly to management, ideal for candidates with proven experience in textile trading, distribution, or other multi-branch trading businesses with a labour workforce.
