OPT Recruiter Roles

- Robust experience and understanding of US Hiring, Capable of getting students for any technology to the bench & Maintaining database of candidates
- Experience in recruiting ,hiring the candidates with effective hands-on experience on various job boards.
- Recruiting experience of hiring OPT/CPT/US Citizen/Green Card, or all eligible to work in the US consultants and getting them on our W2.
- Strong experience in getting H1B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from different resources.
- Hands on experience in hiring candidates from Job portals , universities and network, LinkedIn, prior database of candidates.
- Coordinating with consultant for the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarded
- Having a clear view on the skill sets of the consultants & explaining to the teammates
- Ability to interact, develop Student network and get the candidates to bench
- Posting ads for for hiring candidates for IT Training and W2 Hiring.
- Maintaining active database of the candidates




- Scoping out candidates from every angle, you build and utilize various sourcing plans and tools, including phone screens, social media research, to find prime hires.
- Screening the resumes and maintain separate database and Following up with the candidates.
- Should be able to educate the consultants.

Must Be willing to come to office (Hyderabad)

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment

Must be able to maintain contact with consultants on a daily basis

Must have excellent interpersonal, rapport building and negotiation skills

Good negotiation, sourcing and networking skills

Should be able to meet the targets
