ServiceNow CPQ Developer

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 5 - 10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements:

- We're looking for a ServiceNow CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer to design, build, and maintain quoting and pricing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Configure and customize ServiceNow CPQ modules (product catalog, pricing rules, quote generation, approval workflows).
- Build and maintain product configurations, bundles, and pricing models.
- Integrate CPQ with CRM, billing, and ERP systems.
- Develop custom scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts) to support pricing logic.




- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to translate pricing requirements into system configurations.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CPQ or Configure Price Quote modules.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Understanding of pricing structures, discounting, and approval hierarchies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer).
- ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification preferred.
