Experience: 35 years of hands-on development and implementation experience with one or more FSM software platforms

Technical skills:

Proficiency in scripting languages and development best practices relevant to FSM platforms (e.g., JavaScript, scripting for ServiceNow).

Experience with web services integrations using REST and SOAP.

Solution implementation: Lead or assist in the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of FSM software, including planning, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.

Custom development: Design and build custom applications, integrations, and reports to extend the functionality of FSM platform.

Requirements gathering: Meet with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Integration:



Develop and manage integrations between the FSM system and other enterprise platforms, such as ERP, CRM, and asset management.

Technical support and troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for clients.

Client relationship management: Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and project sponsors.

Training and documentation: Create and deliver training programs and materials for end-users and client teams.

Project management support: Assist with project management tasks, including monitoring timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring client satisfaction.
