- 2-5 years of experience in Bench Sales / IT Staffing / US Staffing.
- Robust knowledge of the US IT recruitment and staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and vendor portals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AI/ML, etc.
- Knowledge of US visa/work authorization categories.
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, and CTH.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong vendor relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
