Qualifications

- Graduate Degree

- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organisation

- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs or BrightEdge

- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment

- Self-motivated and robust team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)

- Ability to build networks within the organisation

- Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels

- Be able to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate

- Ability to grasp the fundamentals of work, learn new technologies and processes

- Good knowledge and understanding of website standards and regulations e.g. WCAG, EAA, GDPR
