Job Description: US IT Staffing Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Technical Recruiter with 25 years of experience in the US staffing industry and a strong background in W2 hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract and full time positions while working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
- Work extensively on W2 requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 consultants.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up until onboarding.
- Negotiate pay rates while maintaining company margins.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.




- Build long-term relationships with consultants for future opportunities.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment KPIs, including submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing.
- Strong experience in W2 hiring (mandatory).
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements.
- Good understanding of US work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card, H1B, EAD, and OPT).
- Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience using ATS tools such as JobDiva, Ceipal, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
