Qualifications:

- Technical Experience: 3-7 years of experience in workflow technology workflows, preferably in ServiceNow HRSD.
- HR Expertise: Strong understanding of HR processes and terminology, policies and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Robust stakeholder management and communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Agile Expertise: Hands-on experience in agile project environments and working in virtual, cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements to drive efficiency and deliver an excellent user experience.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage complex workflows.
- Global Experience: Experience working in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage.

Contract Details:

Work hours: Monday Thursday: 2PM – 11PM IST, Fridays: 11AM to 8PM IST
