Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Dell Boomi integration projects and solution implementations.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Dell Boomi.
- Work extensively with Boomi API Management and related integration capabilities.
- Manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to the Boomi development team.
- Allocate resources and assign tasks based on project requirements and priorities.
- Monitor project execution, deliverables, timelines, and team utilization.
- Coordinate with business teams, clients, and technical stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Conduct and facilitate project, technical, and operational meetings.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project-related timesheets, resource tracking, and invoicing activities.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution discussions, and technical planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams to perform initial assessment and effort estimation.




- Support cost estimation and resource planning for current projects and engagements.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure solutions follow established development, quality, and SDLC processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in Dell Boomi integration technologies.
- Experience in Boomi API Management is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture and implementation.
- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
- Good understanding of project planning, resource allocation, status reporting, and delivery management.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
