Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Develop test plans, scripts, and cases for new features and enhancements in Workday.
- Execute manual tests using various tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to track progress and provide updates on defects found during testing.
- Analyze data from UAT sessions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 6-11 years of experience in QA Testing with expertise in Workday Testing.
- Robust understanding of HCM (Human Capital Management) concepts and processes.
- Proficiency in SQL programming language with ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies including Scrum framework.
