Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain documentation related to QMS, including procedures, protocols, and reports.
- Provide training on QMS principles, regulations, and best practices to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in OSD formulation development.
- Robust understanding of USFDA guidelines and regulations governing pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experience with CAPA implementation and maintenance of records according to cGMP requirements.
- Proven track record of developing effective documentation strategies for solid oral dosage forms.
