Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, as well as longer-form YouTube content
- Produce and edit video creative for paid ad campaigns, optimized for performance across channels
- Design graphics for social media posts, promotional flyers, door tags, and digital advertising creative
- Partner closely with the Marketing team (Maria, Vanaja, Simba) to execute approved creative concepts accurately and on-brand
- Maintain visual and tonal brand consistency across all video and graphic output
- Manage a growing content production calendar, prioritizing and turning around requests within agreed timelines
- Organize and maintain a library of raw footage, templates, and finished assets for easy reuse
- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on creative through multiple rounds where needed

Required Qualifications

- Proven professional experience in both video editing and graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating range across both disciplines
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or direct equivalents)
- Ability to work with fast turnaround cycles and iterative feedback without sacrificing quality
- Based in Hyderabad and able to work from the office

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience producing content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Experience designing creative for paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with e-commerce or retail brand marketing
