Role & responsibilities
- 5 years Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro (Mandatory)
- Experience in ELP (Effective License Position) creation , SLC ( software licensing )
- Strong experience in:
- Software Asset Management (SAM)
- License reconciliation, compliance, and audit support

- Good data analysis and reporting skills
- Vendor licensing exposure (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, VMware)
- Additional Notes:
- Certifications are not mandatory (Positive to have)
- Candidates should be open to hybrid work (one day WFO per week)
- Preferred locations: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida and Gurugram.
- Should be flexible to work in US shift timings
