We are looking for an experienced Store Manager /Team Lead to lead showroom operations, drive sales, manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, oversee inventory and logistics, Product analysis and execute marketing initiatives. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the furniture retail industry.Key Responsibilities

- Achieve showroom sales targets and maximise business growth.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Handle product customisation, pricing, and sales negotiations.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, production, and finance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, dispatches, and showroom maintenance.




- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and showroom ambience.
- Plan and execute promotions, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and introduce new products.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and maintain administrative records.
