What You'll Do:
Counsel and guide defence aspirants on the right courses and learning paths
Understand student requirements and provide personalized solutions
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering an excellent student experience
Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective students
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, or Education Counselling
Passion for the education sector and student success
Target-driven mindset with solid problem-solving abilities
Defence exam counselling experience will be an added advantage
