Role Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join the COO Office. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, business performance tracking, operational excellence, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth and efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a keen understanding of financial services and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the COO in monitoring key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, presentations, and business reviews for senior leadership.
- Track organizational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in planning and execution of business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Act as a Business Analyst to drive digitization of process areas




- Project Management in timely delivery of various tasks related to COO office
- Support periodic reviews, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Work with technology teams to enhance reporting and workflow automation.

Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, technology or related field (CA / BBA / MBA preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, Consulting, Business Management, PMO, or Strategy roles
- Good to have basic Knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and AMC business
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint and experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication and presentation abilities.
- Project Management skills to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.
