The candidate should have strong knowledge of service processes, integrations, and SAP cloud technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and implement SAP Service Cloud V2 solutions based on business requirements.Handle Service Management, Ticketing, Customer Service, and Case Management processes.Configure business rules, workflows, UI, and service scenarios.Integrate Service Cloud V2 with SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party systems.Work with APIs, integration flows,



and data migration.Conduct requirement gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation.Required Skills6–9 years of experience in SAP Customer/Service Cloud.Strong hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud V2 (SCV2).Good understanding of customer service and CRM processes.Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, APIs, OData/REST.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration is preferred.Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.?
