Job Description: Video Editor/Motion Graphic

Location: Chandigarh

About the Team:

As a part of the Communications Team, you will have a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact content and visual communication strategies that shape political narratives across the country. The team is responsible for designing compelling messaging, visual storytelling, and producing creative content for electoral and legislative campaigns.

What Would This Role Entail?

- Edit high-quality video content for digital and social media platforms
- Create engaging graphic designs, motion graphics, animations,



and visual elements for videos and standalone digital creatives
- Add text animations, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, voiceovers, music, and sound effects wherever required
- Ensure all videos and creatives meet company standards for quality, branding, accuracy, format, and duration
- Work efficiently on fast-turnaround and time-sensitive content, particularly for campaigns, events, and trending developments
- Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver polished, publish-ready content within defined timelines

Necessary Qualifications/Skills:

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic design, and/or motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of other relevant creative software is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple simultaneous requirements.
- Basic understanding of politics and the nature of India’s democracy
- Proficiency in Punjabi is required
