This role includes counseling applicants on program options and eligibility, reviewing application documents, and coordinating with partner institutions to ensure accurate and timely submissions. The Admissions Officer will respond to inquiries, provide clear information on admission requirements, visa procedures, and timelines, and maintain detailed records in admissions and CRM systems.



Day-to-day tasks also involve conducting information sessions, collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, and delivering high-quality customer service to create a positive and supportive experience for all applicants.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build trust, engage diverse applicants, and collaborate effectively with institutional partners and colleagues.Candidates should possess Academic Counselling experience or knowledge.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in MALAYALAM & ENGLISH, with the ability to explain complex information clearly in spoken and written forms.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to students and families.Candidates should possess Education-related background or exposure, such as experience in academic advising, student services, or admissions within higher education.Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field.Beneficial skills include proficiency with CRM or admissions management software, strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
