What We’re Looking For- *Qualified CA* with 3+ years of hands-on experience in *US Accounting*- Strong understanding of *US GAAP and US accounting practices*- Proven experience in bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines- *Must be available to attend and interact with clients in US time zones as per work requirements*? Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day US accounting activities- Prepare and review financial statements and reports- Perform bank and account reconciliations- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards- Coordinate with US clients and stakeholders for queries, reporting, and meetings
