Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-Learning Manager to lead and grow our online learning business in the US market. The role will be responsible for identifying prospective learners, understanding their career and learning requirements, counselling them on suitable courses, Convincing, driving enrolments, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential learners in the US market through various channels.

• Understand prospective learners' career goals, interests, and learning requirements.

• Provide counselling and guidance on suitable courses and learning programs.

• Clearly explain course curriculum, advantages, career opportunities, fees, and learning outcomes.

• Convince and influence prospective learners to enrol in relevant courses.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with learners and maintain strong engagement throughout the decision-making process.

• Manage the complete learner journey from initial approach, counselling, and conversion to enrolment and onboarding.





• Ensure learners complete the required registration, documentation, payment, and onboarding formalities.

• Build strong relationships with learners and provide support throughout the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, enrolments, and learner interactions.

• Track sales and enrolment performance and provide regular updates to management.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive learner experience.

• Achieve assigned enrolment, conversion, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in E-Learning or a related industry.

• Should have strong experience sales, counselling, Convincing , Identifying, communication, and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage and convert prospective learners in the US market.

• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

• Flexible to work for US time zone.
