This role is ideal for a proactive, field-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is motivated by making a real impact in healthcare accessibility.Specifically,



this role will involve:Onboarding new doctors within the assigned territoryRetaining onboarded doctors and building long-term professional relationshipsManaging and taking complete ownership of the assigned territoryDriving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctorsConducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions and in-clinic (OPD) campsMaking 6–7 field visits daily and engaging with a minimum of 5–6 doctors per dayAttempting outreach to 10–12 doctors daily to meet conversion targetsRepresenting Noguilt professionally in front of doctors and healthcare partnersWorking closely with internal teams to support business development goalsIdeal candidate will have:1–3 years of experience in doctor or patient onboarding (gynecology background preferred)Mandatory field sales experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh energy, resilience, and comfort working in a high-growth startup environmentWillingness to relocate to the assigned territoryA valid driving license, access to a two-wheeler, and an Android smartphoneA proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independentlyQualifications:Any graduate preferably from pharmaceutical.
