APS Resources is recruiting on behalf of a neurotechnology company building products at the intersection of neuroscience, hardware, software and medicine. The company develops neurointerfaces, neuromodulation and brain-signal analytics, runs medical R&D; programmes, and brings consumer and institutional products to market.The company is now building its international business, with India as its first market. The leadership team runs the group across several countries and time zones, and this role sits at the centre of that work.The company is looking for an Executive Business Assistant to support the CEO and selected members of the international leadership team.This is a high-trust role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. The position works across several areas: preparing leaders for important meetings, travel and event support, and operational tasks. The Executive Business Assistant will help turn broad priorities into clear next steps, coordinate across functions, and independently take ownership of business tasks and projects.The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to work closely with an international team as the business develops in India.Location: Gujarat, India – on-site / hybridTravel: Business travel requiredReports to: CEO & other executivesMain responsibilities Business Support, Events and DocumentsConduct research and prepare briefs on companies, partners, people and other topics relevant to the leadership team's agenda.Prepare presentations, reports,



memos and other materials for internal and external use.Coordinate partners and help with events organization.Support the development of the India business through research, coordination and operational tasks.Keep contracts, invoices, powers of attorney and signature flows moving, ensuring details are accurate.Meetings and Follow-ThroughPrepare agendas and briefing materials, including context on participants, previous decisions and required outcomes.Attend key meetings, capture decisions, owners and deadlines, and drive follow-through until commitments are closed.Calendars and PrioritiesManage the calendars of the senior leaders you support across time zones.Protect time for priorities, resolve conflicts and anticipate scheduling needs.Plan ahead and build meeting and event schedules.Travel and LogisticsOrganize complex domestic and international travel, including routes, visas, accommodation, transfers and detailed itineraries.Coordinate changes and disruptions quickly, including during international travel.Keep travel arrangements aligned with the agreed travel policy and budget.Requirements: 6+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Business Assistant or in a similar executive support role, supporting C-level or VP-level leaders.



Experience supporting multiple principals is strongly preferred.Experience working in an international environment, including interaction across countries and time zones.Proven ability to independently drive follow-ups and close commitments across functions, anticipate needs and turn broad requests into concrete next steps.Fluent written and spoken English; able to draft correspondence, briefs and other materials on behalf of a leader.Strong attention to detail, particularly with numbers, contracts, expenses and reporting.Experience organizing complex international travel, including visas and multi-city itineraries.Confident with AI tools, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including presentations and reporting tables.Proven discretion with confidential financial, commercial and personal information.Experience in a founder-led or fast-growing company, ideally in technology, medtech, edtech or another complex business environment.Experience coordinating events, offsites or strategy sessions.Higher education.English — C1.Company offers: Direct access to senior decision-makers and a clear view of how the group is run.A role with real business scope across leadership priorities, business operations and projects.Direct working relationship with the international leadership team.An opportunity to contribute to the setup and growth of the India business.Exposure to international business development and cross-border projects.An opportunity to work with a scientifically robust product portfolio in a category that is still being defined.
