Job Summary: Responsible for treasury operations, banking compliance, secretarial compliances, regulatory filings, and MIS reporting while ensuring adherence to statutory and corporate governance requirements. Supports treasury planning, audit coordination, and compliance monitoring through effective stakeholder management and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Planning & Fund ManagementMonitor daily liquidity position and cash flow requirements.Maintain and review investment schedules (cost vs. market value tracking).Track deployment of surplus funds.Ensure adherence to treasury risk management framework.Banking Operations & Financial ControlsCoordinate with banks on authorized signatory updates and documentation.Manage banking compliance documentation and facility-related requirements.Maintain updated signatory records and board resolutions for banking purposes.Secretarial & Corporate Governance ComplianceSupport in preparation of Board and Committee meeting agendas, explanatory notes, and draft minutes.Maintain statutory registers under the Companies Act.File annual returns and event-based MCA forms.Track compliance calendar for statutory obligations.Coordinate with Practicing Company Secretary for certification and secretarial audits.Audit Coordination & Due Diligence SupportCoordinate annual stock audits with banks.Compile required financial documentation for auditors.Support due diligence during financing or regulatory reviews.Prepare monthly treasury MIS, including investment performance.Provide analytical insights to management on treasury and compliance metrics.QualificationCA Semi Qualified.CS qualification/intermediate will be an added advantageExperienceFresher or 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
