Role: Manager / Senior Manager - Strategy & Program Management

Responsibilities:

- 6+ years of work experience with at least 2-4 years of strategy, business consulting and / or program management.
- 2-3 years of work experience in startups previously
- Strong Academics, Preferred Tier 1 institutes.
- Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- High degree of flexibility and solid collaboration skills
- Proven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plans
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead change
- Organized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
