We combine local market expertise with personalized, transparent guidance.We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for our digital platforms, primarily Instagram and Meta. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to turn real estate information, properties, and campaigns into scroll-stopping, visually engaging creatives.What You'd Be DoingCreate Meta ad creatives for marketing and lead-generation campaigns.Design Instagram static posts and carousels.Create visuals for properties, projects, market insights,



and educational content.Develop creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency.Adapt designs for different social media formats.Work with the marketing team, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.What We're Looking ForStrong graphic design skills with a good portfolio.Experience creating social media and Meta ad creatives.Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools.Good understanding of typography, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.Ability to turn a brief into clear, compelling visual communication.Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple projects.Good to have, but not mandatory:Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.Ability to speak/read Telugu.Experience in real estate, luxury, finance, or lifestyle brands.A strong portfolio and the ability to create designs that look valuable, communicate quickly, and serve a marketing purpose.
