We're growing our team and looking for driven engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in industrial automation. ## About the Role As a Junior Automation Engineer, you'll work alongside our senior engineers on real client projects — from PLC programming and SCADA configuration to control panel design and system commissioning. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in industrial automation from day one. ## Key Responsibilities - Assist in the design, development, and testing of PLC and SCADA-based control systems - Support control panel design and documentation (I/O lists, wiring diagrams, BOMs) - Participate in on-site installation, commissioning,



and troubleshooting under senior engineer guidance - Learn and apply automation standards and best practices across client industries - Prepare technical documentation and reports for ongoing projects - Collaborate with the design and support teams to deliver projects on time ## Required Qualifications - B.E. / B.Tech in **Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Instrumentation Engineering** (2025/2026 graduates welcome) - Solid fundamentals in electrical/electronics circuits and control systems concepts - Basic exposure to PLC/SCADA concepts through coursework, academic projects, or internships - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed - Good communication skills, both written and verbal ## Good to Have - Academic project or internship involving automation, instrumentation, or control systems - Familiarity with any PLC platform (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.) - Basic knowledge of electrical drawing tools (AutoCAD Electrical or similar) - Understanding of industrial communication protocols## What We Offer - Structured, hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, and industrial system design - Direct mentorship from experienced automation engineers - Exposure to live projects across multiple industries - A explicit growth path toward System Design and Control Engineering roles ## How to Apply Send your resume to [email protected] with the subject line "Application – Junior Automation Engineer."Diligent Automation is an equal opportunity employer.
