We are looking for an experienced Valve Technician for a Power Plant Project in Libya.

? Position: Valve Technician

? Location: Libya

?️ Project: Power Plant Project

Key Requirements

? Education:

Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.

?Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including experience in at least one Thermal Power Plant Overhaul Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently inspect, repair, service and overhaul various types of valves.

• Carry out functional testing, including seat leakage tests, pressure testing and actuator calibration in accordance with API 598 and API 6D.





• Troubleshooting mechanical as well as pneumatic and hydraulic actuator problems.

• Interpreting valve datasheets, maintenance manuals, technical drawings and specifications.

• Prepare detailed documentation covering repair activities, test results and valve condition reports.

• Support preparation of valve maintenance plans, shutdown activities and overhaul schedules.
