Location: Remote (Chennai preferred) | Type: Full-time | Reports to: Sivakumar Anirudhan, FounderAbout the roleOnce a business owner signs on for an Execution Diagnosis or Execution Sprint, someone needs to make sure the engagement actually runs, smoothly, on time, and with the client feeling looked after. That's this role. You're not selling the engagement, someone else already closed that. You're making sure it delivers.This is a founder-supported role, not a founder-directed one. Sivakumar stays personally involved at key moments, kickoff, major milestones, anything that genuinely needs his judgment, but the day-to-day running of each engagement is yours.We're looking for ambitious people. "I'll figure it out" beats "please tell me what to do," every time. If you need a fixed playbook to feel comfortable, this role, and ExecutionZ at this stage, isn't the right fit.What you'll doOnboard each new client into their Execution Diagnosis or Sprint engagement: set expectations, gather what's needed, schedule the workWhen engagement volume is light, support the product side: research industry benchmarks and data, help identify what questions and knowledge base content are needed for new industries, and surface insights that improve the AI's accuracy and relevance over time. Hand off all findings to the development team to be incorporated into the knowledge base.Coordinate check-ins and keep the engagement moving between founder-led sessionsTrack action items from the diagnosis and follow up until they're actually done,



not just notedKeep clients genuinely informed, no client should ever wonder what's happening with their engagementFlag anything that needs Sivakumar's direct involvement, before it becomes a problem, not afterMaintain clean records of each client's engagement status, history, and outstanding itemsHelp refine the delivery process as we learn what works across the first several clientsWhat we're looking for0–2 years of experience, comfortable with client-facing coordination, project tracking, or account supportOrganized and consistent, this role only works if nothing falls through the cracksComfortable with occasional travel to client locations for meetings and engagement check-ins.Explicit, professional written and verbal communication, you'll be the client's regular point of contactComfortable asking for help and escalating early rather than guessing when something's outside your depthGenuine interest in how businesses actually run, you're supporting real operational change, not just administrationComfortable with AI tools as part of daily work, for scheduling, note-taking, and keeping records currentCompensationRs. 25,000–30,000/month fixed, plus a performance component tied to client satisfaction and engagement outcomes (exact structure discussed at offer stage).Growth pathAs client volume grows, this role can expand, either into owning more of the client-facing conversation (discovery, presenting findings) or into leading a small delivery team as we bring on additional Execution Partners.
