Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with regional managers to ensure seamless coordination between hospitals and effective implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years' experience in healthcare operations or hospital administration.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations, including medical records management, billing processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record in developing SOPs and implementing operational excellence programs.
