- Fixed working hours from 07:00 AM to 02:10 PM, Monday through Saturday

About the Role

We are seeking a highly disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Officer who can manage daily operations, anticipate issues, and ensure smooth execution of workflows. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a structured remote environment. Note, this role includes handling content moderation, in which you will need to review user-generated content, including videos, comments, profiles, direct messages, user reports, community posts, and other platform activity using a dashboard to determine whether the content violates company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Good knowledge with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Monitor employees through screen sharing, tracking, and recording during work hours, and submit the monitoring reports to the COO & CEO.
- Act as a Content Moderator, reviewing, filtering, and monitoring digital content as per company policies
- Organize work effectively and create clear workflows and task allocation for employees
- Maintain clear task documentation, including priorities and timelines before starting work
- Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational processes
- Conduct end-of-day reviews of completed versus pending tasks
- Establish and maintain proper tracking mechanisms for ongoing tasks and progress updates
- Ensure transparent and effective communication across teams to avoid misunderstandings and delays
- Coordinate with internal teams and understand technical workflows and development processes
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and potential issues in advance, and create backup plans
- Pay immediate attention to issues and resolve them proactively to prevent escalation
- Handle internal conflicts professionally and ensure smooth collaboration

- Use reports and operational data to make informed and strategic decisions

- Handle assigned responsibilities independently and provide regular status updates to management
- Watch and review potentially graphic, disturbing, harmful, explicit, or unsafe videos as a core part of the moderation process.
- Rewatch flagged videos and content multiple times when necessary to accurately assess context, intent, severity, and policy violations.
- Evaluate content that may include violence, shootings, threats, self-harm, gore, nudity, pornography, sexual content, harassment, hate speech, scams, spam, child-safety concerns, exploitation, and other abusive or harmful material.
- Identify and take action on content that violates platform rules, including removing, restricting, escalating, or documenting content based on company policy.
- Escalate serious, illegal, or high-risk content, including suspected child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, exploitation, imminent harm, or severe graphic content, according to internal procedures.
- Respond to user reports and help ensure harmful or inappropriate content is reviewed quickly, fairly, consistently, and accurately.
- Apply moderation guidelines objectively while maintaining a strong understanding of context, user intent, community safety, and platform values.
- Document moderation decisions clearly and accurately, including the reason for removal, escalation, warning, restriction, or account action.
- Monitor trends in harmful behavior, abuse patterns, coordinated harassment, spam, scams, dangerous activity, or emerging safety risks and report them to the appropriate team.
- Work with Trust & Safety, product, legal, and operations teams to improve moderation workflows, enforcement processes, reporting tools, and user safety features.




- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive user content, private messages, enforcement records, internal policies, and platform information.
- Stay up to date with platform policies, community guidelines, legal requirements, and content safety best practices.
- Meet moderation accuracy, productivity, and response-time targets while maintaining sound judgment, professionalism, and emotional resilience.

Important Role Notice

- This role requires regular exposure to sensitive, graphic, explicit, violent, harmful, unsafe, and emotionally disturbing user-generated content.
- Moderators may be required to view the same harmful or graphic video multiple times to make an accurate and consistent moderation decision.
- Content reviewed may include shootings, gore, violence, nudity, pornography, sexual material, abuse, exploitation, threats, hate speech, harassment, self-harm, and child-safety-related material.
- Candidates should understand the nature of this work before applying and should be able to remain calm, objective, and professional when reviewing highly sensitive or disturbing material.
