We are looking for a high-performing sales professional based at our headquarters in Kochi to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts across Central Kerala (Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, and Idukki).

- Role: Senior Sales Lead / Business Development Manager
- Territory: Central Kerala (Base: Kochi | Coverage: Ernakulam, Thrissur, Palakkad, Idukki)
- Experience: 5+ Years in B2B field sales / high-value project sales

What Youll Do

- Central Market Expansion: Lead business development across Central Kerala, driving high-value project conversion in Ernakulam, Thrissur, and surrounding project corridors.
- Specifier & Relationship Management: Nurture deep connections with top-tier architectural firms, interior design consultancies, real estate developers, and MEP contractors.
- Project Pipeline Management: Track upcoming architectural projects from early planning stages to final fit-out, delivering technical pitches, mockups, and commercial closures.




- Studio Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our in-house lighting designers in Kochi to present unified design-and-supply proposals to end clients and consultants.

What Were Looking For

- Experience: 5+ years of proven sales track record in B2B project sales or high-end architectural products.
- Network: Well-established, active network with architects, interior designers, and builders across Ernakulam and Central Kerala.
- Fit-Out Advantage: Prior experience in selling final-stage architectural fit-out products (architectural lighting, smart automation, acoustics, or premium finishes) is highly preferred.
- Mindset: Strong strategic selling capability, commercial acumen, and a consultative client-handling style.
