Employment Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a Finance/Accounts skilled with a strong core finance background to join our team.? Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).- Maintain books of accounts using Tally.- Manage invoices, payment records and financial documentation.- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.- Track receivables, payables and outstanding payments.- Assist with GST, TDS and other basic statutory compliances.- Prepare basic finance MIS and reports.- Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding payments and collections.- Work closely with the CA/Finance consultant on accounting,



compliance and audit-related matters.? Required Skills & Experience- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally.- Good understanding of AR & AP.- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.- Good numerical and analytical skills.- Experience working closely with a CA/Chartered Accountant will be an added advantage.? What We’re Looking For- We are specifically looking for someone with a strong, hands-on Finance & Accounts background and genuine experience in core finance functions. - Candidates with primarily administrative, coordination or general operations experience may not be suitable for this role.
