Key Responsibilities:

· Should have hands on experience on ANFD, Crystallizer, solvent recovery system, disc centrifugation system, TFF/Ultrafiltration and preparative HPLC system.

· Should have experience in peptide synthesis, oligonucleotides and probiotic manufacturing process equipment’s.

· Experience of synthetic API manufacturing

· Provide technical support to the Sales and Business Development teams during customer discussions.

· Understand customer process requirements and recommend suitable API equipment and solutions.

· Review customer URS, specifications, process requirements, and technical documents.

· Prepare technical proposals, equipment specifications, technical comparisons, and presentations.

· Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, presentations, and site visits.

· Coordinate with Engineering, Application, Design, Project, and Service teams for technical clarifications.

· Support preparation and review of technical offers and quotations.

· Assist the sales team in responding to customer technical queries and deviations.

· Analyze competitor products and provide technical inputs for improving sales proposals.





· Support pre-sales activities including concept development, equipment selection, sizing, and technical discussions.

· Provide technical inputs during tendering and project negotiations.

· Maintain records of customer requirements, technical discussions, and project specifications.

· Support sales managers in converting technical opportunities into commercial orders.

· Travel to customer sites as required for technical meetings and assessments.

Required Skills:

· Strong technical knowledge of API manufacturing processes and related pharmaceutical equipment.

· Ability to understand PFDs, P&IDs;, URS, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.

· Good knowledge of pharmaceutical/API industry requirements and GMP practices.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work closely with sales, engineering, application, and project teams.

· Customer-oriented approach with positive technical-commercial understanding.
