Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and select candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job postings.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding recent employees.
- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

- 2.5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing profiles, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection & onboarding.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with hiring managers and candidates.
