About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation and support offer management.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.




- Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates and identify suitable talent.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Solid attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience in volume hiring or corporate recruitment.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and HR processes.
