Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled MEP Design Engineer responsible for designing, and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective designs aligned with project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Engineering

- Prepare detailed designs for Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Fire Fighting systems :

- Perform load calculations, sizing of equipment, and system selection

- Develop single-line diagrams, layouts, and schematics

- Ensure designs comply with local codes, NBC, and international standards

2. Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other stakeholders
- Integrate MEP services within architectural and structural designs
- Participate in design review meetings and provide technical inputs

3. Documentation

- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and technical reports
- Create and review detailed drawings using AutoCAD/Revit
- Maintain proper design documentation and revisions

4. Site Support





- Provide technical support during execution and installation
- Conduct site visits and inspections when required
- Resolve design-related issues during construction

5. Value Engineering

- Suggest cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions
- Optimize system performance and reduce operational costs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering

- 2-4 years of experience in MEP design consultancy

- Robust knowledge of:

- HVAC systems (Chilled water, VRF, Ventilation)

- Electrical systems (HT/LT, Lighting, Earthing)

- Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office :

- Knowledge of codes and standards (NBC, ASHRAE, IS Codes, NFPA)
