Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed construction documentation across residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Daily activities include coordinating with internal design, engineering, and planning teams, participating in client meetings, and incorporating feedback into project designs. The role involves managing project timelines and deliverables, supporting site planning and interior layouts, and ensuring compliance with local codes, regulations, and quality standards.



The Architect will also review technical integration needs with consultants, support tender and approval processes, and contribute to sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.
Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and documentation.
- Experience in Project Management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules, and overseeing design deliverables.
- Familiarity with Integration and Software Development concepts as they relate to design tools, BIM workflows, and collaborative project platforms.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite) and comfort with digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, approvals processes, and best practices in sustainable and environmental design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and visual communication skills, with attention to detail and design quality.
- Ability to work on-site full time in New Delhi, collaborate effectively in a team, and communicate clearly with clients and consultants.
