Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Independently drive QA activities for the assigned scrum team .
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of defects.
- Design, enhance, and improve the productivity and reliability of automation test scripts .
- Drive QA process improvements within the scrum team.
- Provide support during production incidents , including issue reproduction, analysis, and debugging.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members .
- Contribute to POCs and research initiatives as guided by Managers or Leads.

Minimum Required Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

Minimum Required Experience

- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the technology / QA stream

- Strong understanding of manual testing , test design techniques, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools . E.g. Playwright, Selenium etc.
- Deep expertise in own discipline with working knowledge of related domains .
- Independently solves complex QA problems with mínimal guidance.
- Works effectively across distributed teams and multiple time zones .
- Collaborates with stakeholders to analyse business needs and validate solutions.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, or development skills as required.
