- Handle BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and reconciliation :

- Verify contractor bills as per actual site work and measurements

- Maintain measurement books (MB), billing records, and reports :

- Track project cost, variations, and extra items

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project team

- Ensure timely billing as per project progress and contract ter

Eligibility (Strictly Mandatory) :

- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering only :

- Mandatory experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork (high-rise buildings) : Requirements :

- 3-8 years of experience in QS / Billing in construction projects :

- Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurement, rate analysis, and billing process :

- Valuable command on AutoCAD and MS Excel :

- Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
