Position: Service Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Knowledge and Exposure on ASM Pick & Place Machines.
- Knowledge and Exposure to ASM Printer Machines.
- Knowledge and Exposure X ray Vitronics Reflow.
- Knowledge and Exposure GETECH Router.
- Knowledge and Exposure PVA Coating.
- Knowledge and Exposure X ray.
- Knowledge and experience of Programming and MES System.
- Performs preventive maintenance activities on SMT, AOI, Reflow oven, Dek, conveyors (Link conveyor, shifter conveyor, and tower conveyor), SPI machines.
- Maintains documentation on PM and equipment maintenance activities (check sheets, standard reports, justifications, scheduling, etc.)
- Performs continuous machine assessment activities and generates and executes corrective actions. - Troubleshooting of machines to ensure continues production.
- Responsible for machine development and program optimization.
- Develop, program and maintain inspection technologies (AOl).
- Analyse yield of SMT processes to ensure process capabilities and throughput.




- Analyse SMT defects to determine likely failure modes.
- Develop, program, maintain and improve SMT processes.
- See to it that all machines in the area are effectively use by production and check if the standard parameters of every machine were use.
- Generate report for all trouble encounters in the line especially on the machine.
- Cost reduction activities.
- Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical or B.Tech-Electronics/Electrical with 2-7 years of experience from SMT Electronics industry.

- Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month

Education :

- Diploma (preferred)

Experience :

- ASM/ Pick & Place Service Engineer: 1 year (preferred)
- ASM/ Pick & place: 1 year (preferred)
- Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting : 1 year (preferred)
