Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete execution of luxury villa construction from foundation to handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans and monitor project progress.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and interior designers.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor RCC, masonry, waterproofing, finishing, landscaping, and external development works.
- Verify contractor bills, material reconciliation, and work measurements.
- Plan manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement by coordinating with the purchase team.
- Maintain project documentation, DPRs, progress reports, and site records.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety procedures and statutory compliance at the site.
- Identify project risks and resolve execution issues proactively.




- Support project planning, budgeting, and cost control.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8-12 years of experience in high-end residential or luxury villa construction.
- Experience in premium finishing and interior coordination will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, waterproofing, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Goa.
