Job Description : Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Translate business requirements into data models, KPIs, and visual insights
Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple sources
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality across dashboards
Implement data modeling concepts (star schema, relationships, measures, etc.)
Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production validation of dashboards
Optimize dashboards for performance, usability, and visualization best practices
Handle security and access controls for dashboards and reporting layers
Required Skills : Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)
Experience in Tableau dashboard development and reporting
Good understanding of SQL and data warehousing concepts
Expertise in data visualization best practices and storytelling
Experience in data validation and reconciliation across reports.
Nice to Have
Exposure to Azure data services / ADF / Databricks
Experience in migration projects (Tableau Power BI)
Knowledge of data governance / quality frameworks
Soft Skills
Robust stakeholder communication (client-facing role)
Ability to work in an onsite-offshore coordination model
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
