Manage heat treatment, aging, and furnace processes .
- Conduct hardness testing, metallography, microstructure analysis, Millipore and coating inspection .
- Ensure compliance with CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12 and IATF 16949 .
- Perform material analysis, failure analysis, RCA and corrective actions .
- Prepare inspection/test reports and coordinate with production and quality teams .
Qualification : B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related field . M.E./M.Tech
