Your Mission

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, and Leadership to build robust, maintainable, and future-ready software.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Engineering

- Build secure and maintainable backend services.
- Develop intuitive frontend interfaces.
- Design reusable software components.
- Write clean, effective, and well-tested code.

System Architecture

- Design scalable software architectures.
- Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Improve system reliability and maintainability.
- Participate in architectural reviews and technical planning.

Database Engineering

- Design efficient relational database schemas.
- Optimize queries and indexing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and performance.
- Support high-availability database architecture.

Engineering Excellence

- Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers.
- Improve development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD and deployments.
- Work closely with Cybersecurity teams to implement secure coding practices.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5-10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in both frontend and backend development.
- Experience designing scalable production systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Compensation

Annual CTC :₹20,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum**

Compensation will be determined based on technical expertise, architectural capability, production experience, and interview performance.
