Title : IT Analyst/ Graduate Trainee Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify, log, and track alerts/incidents in real time
- Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues as per defined procedures
- Support Major Incident Management (MIM) coordination activities




- Maintain accurate ticket updates in ServiceNow or relevant tools
- Assist in daily health checks and operational reporting
- Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Participate in shift-based operations (24x7 support environment)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support groups

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of networking, servers, or IT infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a 24x7 operations environment
